Mini album tutorial

I really wanted to use the Stromsvigt stamps in a mini album. I printed some photos from a recent trip to the beach.

Then I took out the Roundabout and Planetarium kits from Studio Calico. The 6x6 paper pads from the card kit and addons are perfect for this album. For this mini I picked six 6x6 papers that matched the photos

The papers should be folded down the middle. Three of them should have the printed side on the inside and three of them on the outside. After folding them I trimmed off 1/2" at the bottom, so that each individual page will measure 3x5,5". Then I glued them together like this:

I didn't want for the last two pages to be the same, so I cut another patterned paper to 3x5,5 and glued it on top of the last page.

I then went about and added my photos and decorated my pages. To see the full album look here!

To make the cover I cut a fullsize patterned paper to 12x6", and then folded at 3,5" and 4,25" and 7,75" and 8,5". I decorated the front cover and tied a string around it to hold it closed.

Materials: SC Roundabout
scrapbook and card kits, Planetarium scrapbook kit and addons North Star (card) and Jennifer, tags, silver POW, Versafine onyx black stamp pad, a few diecuts sent to me from kind scrappy friends and STROMSVIGT stamps.

Find the stamps I used here!

If you make an album from this tutorial I would love to see it!
