Digital to life

I just LOVE Alison Waken's digi scrapping. I thought it would be fun to convert some of her digi layouts to paper. This is what I made:

Material: SC Glee Club kit, SC/Hero Arts stamp set, SMASH stamp, washi

The Friday scraplift

This Friday at Magdas scrappbooking we are lifting Suz Mennecke's layout "Whataburger experience". My take on the layout is this:

Materials: Paper: October Afternoon, Amy Tangerine by American Crafts Letters: AC "Hello" thickers by Amy Tangerine Embellishments: Basic Grey brad, Tim Holtz filmstrip ribbon, OA chipboard and stickers, Ali Edwards stamps, Studio Calico wood venéer heart, Pebbles candy dots buttons in black Tools: 1"circle punch, tiny attacher

I really liked the polaroid look of the photo on the original layout. I don't have an Iphone with apps to take incredible pictures with. Instead I used regular photos and ran them through this free download http://www.poladroid.net/.

And thank you Suz for letting us use your beautiful layout!
